Saturday night Meg woke up a bit nauseous around midnight. Way too much junk food for the Chinese New Year's recital at her weekend Chinese School. After pacing for a bit hand hanging out waiting for something to happen, we decided to watch a little Blues Clues (on-demand) to take her mind off it while the feeling passed. Turns out it was a new one with Joe, and not the original Steve (the only one she knows). After a bout five minutes of watching Joe act just like original-Steve and mumbling "huh, it's different", she figured it out.... She said, "He got a new head!"
Here are some pics from the recital. She did great and she practiced real hard for this. Every day we'd watch a video of the routine that the teacher posted on Youtube and she'd mumble along. We were thinking, it's too complicated of a song, she'll never get all the moves down. Last recital she gave, she wouldn't go on stage and just clung to me the whole time. Not this time. She did great!
